Educational institutions operate across complex structures involving students, educators, administrators, academic sessions, financial obligations, assessments, research, and institutional records. My work in this emerging area combines full-stack engineering with AI-assisted learning and administration. I have worked on systems spanning school administration and management, academic research, educational content discovery, document-grounded AI assistance, and research workflows. Projects such as SAMS_AI explore how school operations can be consolidated into a reliable digital system covering admissions, billing, student records, academic reporting, and administrative analytics. ChatWith.study explores how AI can help students and researchers discover relevant project topics, understand course materials, work with research documents, and receive contextual assistance. IJARCS focuses on the infrastructure behind academic publishing, peer review, research archiving, and scholarly workflows. The common thread is using software and AI to reduce administrative friction, improve access to information, and make academic workflows more structured, searchable, and useful.

My strongest industry experience is in this space, spanning payment processing, financial ledgers, reconciliation, merchant operations, inventory, point-of-sale workflows, e-commerce infrastructure, AI-powered shopping experiences, payment integrations, and commerce automation. BluuPay represents the fintech side of this work: a financial operating system for SMEs with payment processing, wallets, transfers, transaction reconciliation, inventory, POS integration, merchant operations, and security-sensitive financial workflows. On the commerce side, ChatWith.store explores AI-native shopping experiences where conversational interfaces can search products, answer customer questions, reason over live inventory, recommend products, construct carts, and connect shoppers directly to checkout. This work has developed a strong appreciation for the engineering requirements of financial and commerce software: idempotency, immutable ledgers, concurrency control, webhook reliability, deterministic access to live product data, and user experiences that reduce friction rather than adding another layer of complexity.

Job seekers must discover relevant opportunities, understand skill requirements, tailor resumes, prepare applications, track submissions, and continuously improve their positioning across fragmented platforms. My work in CareerOps is focused on applying AI and automation to this fragmented workflow. ChatWith.work explores an end-to-end career operating system combining AI-assisted CV and resume creation, ATS-oriented optimization, career-path planning, skill-gap analysis, job discovery, application tracking, and automated application workflows. The broader goal is not simply to generate a better resume. It is to create a connected system that understands the relationship between a person's experience, target roles, skills, job descriptions, applications, and career progression. This is an emerging area of my work, particularly focused on the intersection of AI agents, structured career data, semantic matching, browser automation, and human oversight.
042 buildsReal EstateReal estate combines physical assets, financial modeling, construction, sales, operations, documentation, and highly contextual decision-making. Software in this space therefore has to connect information that traditionally lives across spreadsheets, property listings, documents, communication channels, and project-management systems. My emerging work in real estate focuses on applying AI and full-stack systems engineering across both property intelligence and development operations. ChatWith.homes explores AI-assisted property discovery for investors, flippers, renovators, and developers. The system is designed to identify potentially attractive properties, estimate renovation requirements, model ARV and ROI, analyze property information, and alert users when opportunities match their investment criteria. REDAMS_AI approaches the problem from the operational side, providing an agency and development management platform covering construction milestones, contractors, budgets, documents, investor communication, property inventory, payment schedules, and sales operations. Together, these projects explore two complementary sides of real estate technology: finding and evaluating opportunities, and operating the development lifecycle after an opportunity has been identified.
