Who is behind this site

This site is operated by Martins Michael (the “site owner”). For any privacy-related question, write to hello@martinsai.name.ng. This policy applies to all pages under Martins_AI and to communication with the site owner directly.

Information you send

When you use the contact form, you voluntarily send your name, your email address, and the message you write. Anything you add in the optional fields (company or project name, the kind of help you need, timeline, and budget range) arrives as part of your message and is used only to respond with a useful, specific answer. Only three pieces of data are stored where your enquiry is received: your name, your email address, and the message text.

Please don't include sensitive personal information (health, legal, or financial details you wouldn't share in an ordinary first email) in your message. If you do, it will be handled only for the purpose of responding and deleted on request.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site is served over the internet and the hosting provider keeps routine connection logs (such as IP addresses and timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to build profiles of visitors.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance. These services run without setting cookies and process anonymized, aggregated data — they cannot be used to identify individual visitors or to track you across other sites.

The information collected is used for these limited purposes:

• to read and answer enquiries you send through the contact form;
• to operate, secure, and keep this site working; and
• to understand traffic and performance at an aggregate level (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights).

Legal basis

The site owner relies on legitimate interest to run and secure the site and to understand its aggregate performance. Enquiries are processed to take the steps you asked for before entering into a possible engagement, and to respond to your request. Where the law requires consent for a specific activity, you will be asked separately before it starts.

Sharing

Your information is not sold or rented. It is only shared with service providers that make this site work — hosting and analytics (Vercel) and the email service used to receive enquiries — each bound to use it only to provide that service.

Retention and security

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting relationship, and deleted on request. This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and as little data is collected as possible.

Your rights

Where the law in your place of residence applies, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or erase your information, to restrict or object to how it's processed, and to withdraw any consent you've given.
